Personalized Management Services

Ray Henderson founded Personalized Management Services in 1975. His goal was to create a rental property management company to work with the growing number of residential rentals in Boulder. Over the years he established a solid reputation for honesty and integrity.

Over the years we expanded our services and upgraded our computer systems. In 2003 we moved from a home based business and opened office space in east Boulder. We also expanded our service area outside the Boulder City Limits. We now manage rental properties in Boulder, Broomfield, Lafayette, Louisville, Longmont, and Superior. We also manage HOAs in Boulder and Broomfield counties.

Our support staff is a very key component of our business. Kim Daharb, Ray's youngest, started with us in 2002. She now maintains the books for all the rental properties. Frank Phillips joined us in 2003 and takes care of the bookkeeping for our HOA clients.
