Website Design - Eliminating Duplication

The fourth year has seen the development of a file sharing capability within CompoundDocs. It allows documents that have elements or code in common to share the commonalities from one source instead of each having their own copies.

As a result, a recent website that should have been about fifty megabytes in size was only six megabytes.

This capability will be fully realized in web applications with databases of thousand or millions of records. Such applications will require less hardware and run faster than other solutions.
